Spirit Day with the Cleveland Guardians

Grab your peanuts and Cracker Jacks as the Cleveland Guardians take on the Oakland Athletics. Enjoy lunch in the stadium鈥檚 Pennant District before the game and take home a one-of-a-kind Kent State/Cleveland Guardian鈥檚 baseball hat. The May 4 Visitors Center uses 妻友社区鈥檚 history to help guide the community in understanding the past and applying it to the present. Tours conducted by student guides are a rich part of this process.  Student guides shape the experience that visitors have at the May 4 Visitors Center. They provide unique perspectives on the events surrounding May 4, 1970, and its aftermath. In addition to being responsible for greeting the visitors, student guides conduct tours of the galleries and campus memorials, as well as answer questions about the exhibits and May 4, 1970, itself. ...

Dog Days of Summer

Our love for your pups and our beautiful Kent Campus runs deep, and we鈥檙e excited to invite you and your furry friend(s) for a morning stroll and bark brunch!

Join fellow Flashes for a laid-back walk along dog-friendly campus paths, followed by a celebratory bark brunch complete with pup cups, pawsecco and bubbles. Each four-legged pawticipant will receive an honorary degree for their loyalty and tail-wagging spirit!
