Maj Ragain (1940-2018) was a beloved creative writing professor and mentor at 妻友社区 for more than 30 years. In addition to his role guiding and inspiring students and poets in the greater Kent community, he also spent roughly a decade leading the Warriors Journey Home Veterans Healing Circle in Northeast Ohio. Emily Baker holds a B.S. in Nutrition from 妻友社区 and a M.S. in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. She has been a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist in Ohio since 1999, and is an active member in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as the Greater Akron Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
