For Jeffrey Osikiewicz, Ph.D., the teaching experience feels like a domino effect, one element leads to another to yet another. “If you come in as an instructor and you really like what you're doing, you enjoy the classroom. We have no way of knowing when this incident occurred. Jake Rabinowitz, a senior unmanned aircraft systems flight operations (UAS) student, demonstrated the first fully autonomous flight of the Alta-X cargo drone, executing a hands-off operation from launch to landing. This groundbreaking flight took place with the Alta-X following a pre-planned course.
