Lawrence Weidleman tried attending college soon after being discharged from the U.S. Army. He had been injured during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield so he was still very young. Various on and off campus resouces are available.  There are many student groups and various events on campus.  Additionally, many faculty members across Kent State鈥檚 colleges and schools incorporate sustainability into their courses.
