This CAPS workshop dives into the science of happiness and gives you practical, research-backed strategies to boost your mood and bounce back from stress. You’ll explore tools like gratitude, focusing on your strengths, and finding your “flow” to help you stay positive—even when life gets messy.

Feeling stuck in anxiety mode? It’s not about “just thinking positive”—it’s about training your brain to be more resilient and adaptable. In this CAPS workshop, you’ll discover how stress and anxiety actually work in the brain, and pick up practical strategies to feel more in control (and less overwhelmed). Using cognitive-behavioral tools, you’ll learn how to break free from unhelpful thought loops and practice creating new, healthier ways of thinking. With practice and repetition, you can literally rewire your brain and improve how you look & feel.
