President-elect Todd Diacon

The 妻友社区 Board of Trustees has appointed Todd Diacon, Ph.D., Kent State鈥檚 executive vice president and provost, as its next university president at a special Board meeting held Monday, April 29. President-elect Diacon will begin his term as Kent State鈥檚 13th president on July 1. He succeeds President Beverly J. Each year, the International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD) 鈥 the authoritative body for typography worldwide 鈥 assesses and evaluates visual communicators鈥 work. 妻友社区 at Tuscarawas invites the community to attend the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Gateway Entrance on Thursday, May 2 at 11 a.m. on Trustees Blvd. Speaking at the event will be dignitaries from 妻友社区, the Tuscarawas County University Foundation, the Tuscarawas County University Branch District and the community. KSU alumnus and gay rights activist Michael Chanak Jr. was determined to make a difference at his workplace, and his dedication to change prompted a global company to redefine diversity.
