Committee Charge

• Provide input on alignment of university level strategic plans with Kent State’s Strategic Roadmap priorities.
• Review of university level strategic plans for cross-alignment of strategies and coordination of implementation efforts.
• Plan leads will monitor and provide regular updates to the SCC on strategic plan progress.
• Consult with university stakeholders, as appropriate, to ensure feasibility of strategies and organizational capacity to support successful implementation of strategic initiatives. 
• Provide input on the coordination of resources needed for planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Provide broad recommendations to executive leadership to address prioritization of strategies, challenges and opportunities to successfully advance university level strategic plans. 
• Provide recommendations for the creation of an institutional evaluation process to analyze strategic performance results.
