Open Enrollment and Wellness Fairs

To aid in your 2026 coverage decision-making, the Benefits team will hold Open Enrollment and Wellness Fairs at each campus. These fairs are an opportunity for employees to learn more about the benefits available to them. The Employee Benefits and Wellness team, as well as representatives from the university’s various benefits providers, will be present to answer questions. Biometric screenings and flu shots will also be available on those days.

Please note that all benefits-eligible employees are strongly encouraged to go through Open Enrollment as some benefits selections do not carry over without the employee's annual approval.

ÆÞÓÑÉçÇø Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is Oct. 13-31, 2025. During this time, benefits-eligible employees may select and make changes to their health coverage plans based on their needs and the needs of their family. Outside a qualifying life event, this will be the only timeframe during which such changes may be made. Note that all benefits-eligible employees are strongly encouraged to go through Open Enrollment as some benefits selections do not carry over without the employee's annual approval.

Flu Vaccines at the Kent Campus

Kent State’s DeWeese Health Center will be hosting the flu clinic at the Kent campus Open Enrollment Fair on Oct. 16 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Registrations are encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome! Stay tuned for registration details.

Biometric Screenings and Regional Campus Flu Vaccines

Wellness partner will be hosting biometric screenings at all of the Open Enrollment Fairs, as well as flu vaccine clinics for each of the regional campuses. Stay tuned for registration details.
